A.C.M.E. honors all manufacturer warranties and will help you obtain warranty work if necessary.

What do I do if I have problems upon installation?

Simply e-mail A.C.M.E.’s tech support and we will help you with any questions you may have via-telephone.

How do I get spare parts?

A.C.M.E. Alarms carries a full line of replacement parts not listed on our website. Call or e-mail and the parts are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.

Does A.C.M.E. offer any system design services?

Yes, Send us your specifications and A.C.M.E. will help design the system that’s right for you.

Does A.C.M.E. offer any discounts?

Yes, if you are a school or government agency contact us directly for discounts. If you are a corporation certain discounts may apply. Please contact us at 913-897-0009.
